Manufacture process and delivery conditions
Production process: BP series protective steel is smelted with oxygen converter
Killed steel, after continuous refining, continuous casting, continuous casting billet delivery
The hot rolling mill is reheated and rolled into coils using a controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.
After straightening and cutting the board, heat treatment is performed, and the performance and quality inspection are passed before delivery.
Delivery status: BP series of hot-rolled protective steel can use controlled rolling and quenching
Delivery in fire, quenching and tempering.
Processing and distribution services: according to user needs, steel plate can be shot blasting,
Delivery of painted surface pretreatment. Can provide steel plate blanking and folding
Extension services such as bending and component processing.
Done is better than perfect.
