1Cr6Si2Mo heat-resistant steel
1Cr6Si2Mo steel is a martensitic heat-resistant steel with good oxidation resistance at 800℃. Compared with 1Cr5Mo steel, the Si content is 1.5% more, which makes the temper brittleness tendency of the 1Cr6Si2Mo steel increase, and the parts will produce brittle fracture when working at high temperature for a long time. The steel has good corrosion resistance in sulfur-containing oxidizing atmosphere and hot petroleum medium.

After normalizing and tempering heat treatment, 1Cr6Si2Mo heat-resistant steel has higher endurance strength and creep strength. The steel has an air quenching phenomenon. After hot working, if it is cooled too quickly, cracks will occur and it should be cooled slowly. Weldability is poor, electric welding can be used, gas welding is not suitable, preheating to 300 ℃ ~ 400 ℃ before welding, 750 ℃ tempering after welding.
